Most of the time, people are shocked when they knew that I drink a mug full of coffee late at night and still be able to sleep. Well, I guess being a coffee lover, caffeine has no effect on my sleeping pattern anymore. I can drink coffee anytime and sleep when I want it. And if I want to perk up and not be able to sleep, so coffee doesn’t work for me. I need to walk around or just give in and sleep.
Speaking about SLEEP, I have been sleeping lately. I felt so down about many things that I don’t want to stay awake and think. I always resort to sleeping and eating when I am emotionally depressed. So, when I get out of each problem, I end up gaining a few pounds. Talk about losing weight!
Anyway, I just wished coffee can help me lose weight. That would be a plus plus benefit!!
